                                         VINTAGE BRITISH CARS!!!!

Do you remember the first time you saw one? Or drove one? Did you have one in college? Or know a friend who did? Do you remember the thrill of that first drive in the open air, on a twisty country road? Well that feeling is what the members of the Mid Maine Sports Car Club strive to keep alive by restoring and driving our vintage British cars.

To celebrate our cars during British Car Week, from May 31 through June 7, the MMSCC is sponsoring an All British Car Show on Sunday June 1. The cars will be displayed on Chestnut Street between Camden National Bank and the common from noon to three PM. The public is invited to view the cars as well as vote for their favorite car. Peoples choice trophies will be awarded for first, second and third place. The show is in downtown Camden, just a few yards from our beautiful harbor, the home of the largest schooner fleet on the east coast and the location of many fine restaurants and shops.

If you would like to show your car preregistration is required and you can register on-line by going back to the home page and clicking on the “event registration” link and following the instructions. MMSCC members $10.00. Non members $15.00.
